Working for a couple who love cooking,
interior designer Terri Shannon aimed for
a classic but contemporary look with plenty
of space. “We made the kitchen larger by
building a big island bench outside the
original kitchen area.“ The ‘Versailles’ solid

to size and laid in a herringbone pattern.
