AVAILABLE SCHOLARSHIPS at Uppsala University, spring term of 2015
Please observe that this announcement only states the names and amounts for each available
scholarship. Information about current regulations for the various scholarships is available
within the online application! If you have questions about the scholarships or the online
application, please contact the Scholarships Office at [email protected], phone
018-471 4750, or the Student Services Office (address: St Olofsgatan 10B, Uppsala).
Scholarships are granted for full-time studies only. Third-level (research) students must also be
registered at 100 % to be eligible for scholarships. Students who have full study grants for
third-level studies or an equivalent income of 178 000 SEK are only eligible to apply for
research and travel scholarships. Information from application documents will be registered
and processed by computer, but only within the process of awarding the scholarships. The so
called extra scholarships advertised are one-time payments.
Eligibility for a certain scholarship must be verified with relevant documents! If documents are
not attached, the applicant cannot be awarded the scholarship.
When all scholarships decisions are made, all applicants will receive an email with a
notification that the decisions can be read under “Holding of scholarships” in the online
application. Scholarship decisions are final and cannot be appealed against. A list of
scholarships awarded will be posted in late May at the Student Services Office and at the
Reception Desk, both at S:t Olofsg 10B, Uppsala, and at Campus Gotland.
Applications must be received by Wednesday, February 25th, 2015 at 5.00 p.m. when the
online application closes. The online application can be reached via www.stipendier.uu.se.
