Preventing and Mitigating Electoral Violence – IDEA’s Electoral Risk Management Tool (ERMTool)
Yves Leterme - Secretary General of International IDEA.
Leading international organization, mandated by its member states to support democracy worldwide,
the Stockholm-based International IDEA developed the ERMTool to support efforts of national and
regional stakeholders in preventing electoral violence. Yves Leterme will present this tool and its
application, and the work of the Institute.
