Dressage Taihape would like to acknowledge the wonderful support that
riders and judges have given us over the years. In particular, Central
Districts Dressage for their financial support last year. However, if
insufficient entries are received for this competition, it will be cancelled.
Also, in recognition of the significant security issues at last year’s show,
there will be security on site Friday and Saturday nights.
Conditions of Entry
1.
ESNZ & DNZ rules apply.
2.
The organising committee reserves the right to alter the programme.
3.
Dogs allowed but must be on a leash at all times. There will be no lunging in the oval at all times.
4.
ID tags must be worn by all horses & ponies in yards/stables and when not being ridden
5.
Scratchings at discretion of committee. Refunds less 20% if scratched 48 hrs before Saturday start. Late entries
accepted with 20% fees and no refunds.
6.
Arena familiarisation will be available on Friday afternoon (times will be advised with draw) and on Saturday and
Sunday 30 minutes before classes commence and after all classes have completed.
7.
If 6 or less riders in a class, prize money will be paid out as a sweepstake whilst adhering to article 460.3
8.
Champion and Reserve are on points over all classes – one level one horse.
9.
Championship Awards for Young Rider and C2 & below riders. Award based on highest % aggregate.
10. Hanoverian Sashes for the highest scoring horses registered with Hanoverian Society in levels 1-3 and 4 and
above. Copy of pink papers with entry please.
