About Our Walks
Walk distances: Tuesday afternoons and Wednesday
evenings 4 to 5 miles. Tuesday full day walks about 8
miles. Weekend walks 10 miles unless otherwise stated.
Meeting points: Wednesday evenings meet at the start
point. For all other walks meet at Chester Avenue car
park at the time shown to car share. Contact the leader
if you wish to join the group at the start point.
Dogs: Well behaved and well controlled dogs are
normally welcome, unless otherwise indicated.
Please note: Non-members are welcome but are
expected to join after 2 or 3 group walks.
Please let the leader set the pace of the walk, and do not
walk in front of the leader unless requested.
Whilst every care has been taken in the preparation of
this programme, routes may be liable to change or
cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control.
The Ramblers cannot take responsibility for loss or
damage incurred on any walk or any other activity.
