UNICO Education är utbildningspartner till Siemens och levererar standard
kurser eller special anpassade baserat på kundmetoder,
klassrumsutbildningar i våra lokaler eller hos kund och t.ex. webbaserade
utbildningar med individuell coachning. Det finns alltid möjlighet att
anpassa ett koncept så det passar er verksamhet och personal. Schema för
standardkurser hösten 2015 finns på vår hemsida med flera nya kurser.
Nytt är att vi under några tillfällen per år gör en Roadshow runt Norden
och startar detta V26 med att besöka våra kunder i Trollhättan, Fagersta
och Sandviken. Där vi kommer att berätta mer om oss och våra
utbildningar, presentera vårt validerings-/certifieringskoncept mm.

Unico startar verksamhet i Norge och räknar med att
anställa lärare och öppna utbildningskontor. Under
uppstarten 2015 supportar Unico Education och
Consulting Sverige dom norska kunderna.

Unico Validation Concept
Determine position and get on course
Every seaman knows that to get on the right course you first of all have to determine the actual
position.
Things are very similar by knowledge transfer. To achieve an efficient transfer you need to identify the
strength and weakness of the individual, to be able to define the needs regarding the future projects.
After this has been done the best way to transfer the missing knowledge should be considered:



classroom training
self-study, coaching
E-learning.
These two steps are the two first in our validation concept, followed by the most appropriate training.
The participant will get a report of the results and training content recommendations. After they have
been fulfilled a second validation test take place to control, that the knowledge goals have been
achieved.
If wanted you can also participate in a certification test, to get a certificate for a certain degree.
Validation Process
1 Scenario Selection
A relevant selection of validation scenarios
are selected to support training for all your
staff, from beginner to experts.
The scenarios are divided into different
groups regarding task type, e.g. solid
modelling, surface modelling, assembly,
drawing etc.
2 Validation Test
The validation test take place in a controlled
environment and according to given time
conditions. The tests are supervised by
Unico’s specialists
3 Result & Recommendation
The results are summarized and a
recommendation of training measures is
proposed.
4 Training Measure
The training measures take place according
to tutorial plan, e.g. course, coaching or selfstudy. Unico offer unique training packages,
which contains almost thousand training
modules.
5 Certification
If desired a certification can take place with
a renewed validation.
