Our parish will continue its tradition of an Advent Giving
Tree. The donated gifts are distributed to our homebound
parishioners and local charities. Please take a tag (or more than
one) from the tree and return the gift by Sunday, December 21st

Learn more about the Church’s teaching on women!
On Tuesday November 25, Emily Espinola, Program
Director for Endow, will be sharing a short presentation
on St. John Paul’s “feminine genius” and the exciting
work that Endow does in parishes across the country.
Founded over a decade ago, Endow writes educational
materials on the Church’s teachings, especially those
surrounding women’s vocation and dignity for small
study groups. Come and enjoy appetizers with friends,
learn more about John Paul’s teaching on women and
discover how you can become involved in Endow’s
contribution to the New Evangelization.
Location: School Gym @ 7:00 pm, Holy Family
Church Philadelphia (parking lot located in back of
church on Fowler Street).

O Gracious God, we give you thanks for your overflowing
generosity to us. Thank you for the blessings of the food we
eat and especially for this feast today. Thank you for our
home and family and friends, especially for the presence of
those gathered here. Thank you for our health, our work and
our play. Please send help to those who are hungry, alone,
sick and suffering war and violence. Open our hearts to your
love. We ask your blessing through Christ your son. Amen.
