Enclosed please find our Christmas Menu for November, December 2014 and January 2015, However
these are not set in concrete because these days we do a variety of menus and dishes. Also enclosed
please find a list of our Tribute nights and new fork buffet Menu. (also enclosed please find a copy of our
current tribute dates and menu)
Both menus are new and different as our kitchen brigade has been increased with the employment of a
new chef with new ideas and new menus.
This year as mentioned earlier we have increased our choice of menus, so now we have the Christmas
Dinner Disco on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday starting from £15.95 per person. Lunches we have
come up with even a better idea of having the Christmas lunch menu and disco £12.25 again cheaper at
the beginning of the week. In addition we will continue with our special lunchtime menu priced from £5.00
per person details enclosed.
Again we hope to see many of you over the festive season and we won’t forget the Christmas hats and
crackers.
During the Christmas festivities our disco will commence after all the main courses are complete and
finishing times are Monday to Thursday 12.30 a.m Friday and Saturday and all tribute nights 1 a.m.
On our tribute nights we shall be serving a fork buffet (and not the Christmas Menu) and our dj will be
looking after your music requirements.
We enclose a booking form and require a £10.00 per person deposit within fourteen days to confirm your
Christmas Dinner booking and within seven days to confirm the tribute nights and the balance payable in
full four weeks before the date. Until deposits are paid bookings are not secure.
CANCELLATIONS There will be a full refund (excluding deposit) upto 48 hours of your booking after which
time neither cancellation will be accepted nor refund given.

Dear
As a valued supporter of our Children’s lunch with Father Christmas this year
on the 21st December we have pleasure enclosing our menus which we hope
you will find acceptable, (this year we are having a special children’s menu).
This year we shall have our resident dj and compare Philip Crabtree and his
Daughter Samantha to play through the lunch with music also father Christmas
to visit us with his gifts for the children.
So that we can put that special touch into effect this year will you
please complete the form with all the children’s details upto the
age of 12 years, an early return of forms would be appreciated. So
that we are able to have an early start to buy the best presents for
the children.
This year we shall be more adventurous and have a new children’s
Entertainer (and wait for it) a face painting, balloon modelling, clowning,
games, magic show, bubbles and lights with Jeremy and Maria.
All this for the same price as last year £19.95 per person (adults) and
£13.95 for children upto and including the age of 12 years.
Again we enclosing our booking form and this year we require a £10.00
per person deposit for adults and £5.00 deposit for children, please
note deposits are non returnable. To assist us with our bookings an
early completion of the booking form by Monday 29th September 2014
would be appreciated.

We are only half way through October and it feels like winter already and with
that in mind I have pleasure enclosing our fork buffet menu for this New Year’s Eve
Evening which I hope you will approve of and the price remains the same as
last year at £50.00 per person.
The cabaret this year is the fabulous Ritchie Penrose Tribute to Legends of Motown,
Marvin Gaye, Temptations, Four Tops, Drifters etc and I am sure you will approve of
our choice (picture attached)
Champagne at midnight again and music by our resident d.j. Philip crabtree we
can always rely upon him to do a good job for everyone.
For those wishing to book please let us know if possible by the end on the month.
If the above meets with your approval and you wish to book we would
appreciate a £15.00 per person a non returnable deposit with a letter of
confirmation and we would appreciate the balance to be paid by the
30th November 2014.
