Additionally the undersigned applicant voluntarily agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of St. Petersburg, The Pier, the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg, their officers, employees, and agents, any and all sponsors, any and all event committee members and/or volunteers, in the performance of their duties, from any and all damages, losses, injuries, claims, suits, actions, expenses, and/or liabilities incurred directly and/or indirectly as a result of participation in this Parade, including but not limited to any incident(s), or injury(ies), or damage(s) occurring as a result of action(s) by the undersigned applicant, and/or passenger(s), crew member(s), guest(s), or other individual(s) on board applicant’s vessel. Each boat must have a working VHF radio, capable of operating on Channel 68, as well as sufficient safety equipment as required by the Coast Guard for the boat and all passengers.
