The next phase of the project includes the formation of a steering committee that will include representatives from the Labour and Industry and Commerce ministries, the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, High Council for Vocational Training, Economic Development Board, Tamkeen, Labour Market Regulatory Authority, Higher Education Council, Central Informatics Organisation and Social Insurance Organisation. The GDN reported yesterday that Bahrain’s unemployment rate was currently steady at 3.6 per cent. [email protected]
