Committed to a Comprehensive Investigation And Cleanup of the Nutley Site Roche Selects Remedies to Clean Up Soil in Multiple Investigative Areas (IAs): IA-1 and IA-5, IA-4, and IA-9 Residents have 30 days to ask or submit written questions or concerns regarding the proposed remedial actions Roche conducted a comprehensive investigation of its Nutley site under the oversight of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and is now planning to clean up multiple areas on the property. Under the guidance of the NJDEP and Licensed Site Remediation Professionals, Roche plans to implement Remedial Action Work Plans (RAWPs) for soil in multiple areas on the campus – IA-1 and IA-5, IA-4, and IA-9. A RAWP is a long-term cleanup plan for a specific area, chosen after careful analysis of different alternatives.
