Designed for High Thermostability NxtScript Reverse Transcriptase

NxtScript Reverse Transcriptase
Designed for High Thermostability
higher cDNA yield of full-length transcripts than wild type
M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase.
R everse transcribe difficult templates
The high thermostability of NxtScript allows reactions
up to 60°C to overcome RNA secondary structures
(e.g., in GC-rich templates).
Achieve high sensitivity
NxtScript lacks endonuclease activity and has lower RNase
activity than AMV reverse transcriptases.
Achieve high specificity
Take advantage of the wide temperature activity range
of NxtScript to reverse transcribe at the temperature that
is optimal for your RNA target.
Benefit from high quality standards and
multiple formats
Manufactured in an ISO13485 certified facility ensuring full
documentation and traceability. Customized manufacturing
and filling is available upon request.

NxtScript is a designed M-MLV reverse transcriptase with
high thermostability. The enzyme can be used to generate
first-strand cDNA from mRNA or total RNA for use in downstream applications such as two-step RT-PCR, RT-PCR for
detection of viral and mRNA targets (e.g. cancer biomarkers),
and generation of full-length cDNA libraries. Point mutations
increase the thermostability of the enzyme and support
