TENNIS: ACT ANNUAL AWARDS
Dimitri Morogiannis recently won 2014 Junior High
Performance Player of the Year at the Tennis ACT Annual
Awards.
Congratulations Dimitri
MIXED TOUCH TEAM
Congratulations to our
school mixed touch
team who won the
intercollege touch
competition recently.
The competition has
been running every
Thursday this term
and our school team
has gone through
undefeated to make it
back to back titles. In
what felt like a
scorching hot
summers day Erindale
had to firstly play
Dickson in the semifinal and after going
down 1 nil early in the first half some stern words from Sean ‘The armadillo’ Connochie
inspired the team to come back and win 11-1. In the final Erindale played against Lake
Ginninderra and although the score line suggested a close game it was a one sided affair with
Erindale taking the chips and chocolates winning 4-2.
ACT ATHLETICS NOVEMBER 6 AT THE AIS
Congratulations to the following students who excelled at the ACT Athletics carnival recently.

Kristy Martens who won the U17 100m
Courtney Leary who won the U17 Long Jump and Triple Jump
Jared Hearn who won the U17 400m
EX-STUDENT: CHELSEA WILSON
Chelsea Wilson graduated from Erindale in 2012 with an Accredited package. She's just about to graduate
from CIT after completing her studies in graphic design. In fact, she's organising a showcase of the work
that her course produced in a couple of weeks. She said that, 'Everything I learnt at Erindale has come in so
useful at CIT. Even English essays and orals, which I thought I'd never have to do again, I find that I'm
constantly doing in the form of presentation of designs to industry or design submissions to big ACT
companies like Zoo and Creative.
