Holiday Bazaar 2014
Mark Your Calendars for November 22, 2014
The Holiday Bazaar is CIWC’s major fundraising event of the year, raising money for local charities that
benefit people in need in Sichuan province. It is also a fun family day out featuring local entertainment,
vendors, seasonal food, a silent auction, holiday activities, Santa photos and games for the children.
Building on the success of last year’s bazaar, which raised 240,000 RMB, we will again host this event at the
Chengdu International School (CDIS) campus on Saturday, 22 November 2014 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
DON’T GET STUCK IN THE QUE - You can purchase entrance tickets at QSI, CDIS, and Leman as well
as from the Bazaar Committee members. Each ticket is 25 RMB for a day of fun and enjoyment!
We are so excited about the upcoming Holiday Bazaar, we but need your help to make it successful:
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
SILENT AUCTION –We need items and gift baskets that other families will be interested in bidding on. This

questions please contact Susanne Larsson at [email protected], Jilla Dastmalchi at
[email protected], Melissa Flanagan at [email protected]. We would like to receive donations as
soon as possible and at the latest by November 19th.
