inneholde en løsning for manuell behandling der
adressen ikke blir funnet.
A solution which refuses notifications for moving to an
address which is not registered in the Cadastre. It must also
have a solution for a manual treatment where the address
are not found

The registers have to influence the legislator to adapt the
laws to “todays reality” and the cooperation between the
registers
