Let’s Talk Industrial Ecology – engineering’s role in the
drive for sustainable development
2015 was an historic year in the global effort towards a sustainable society. Just one
milestone was the United Nation’s announcement of 17 sustainable development
goals agreed on by world leaders.
When
Thursday February 18th
17.00 – 19.30
Many of those goals are focused on reducing environmental impact. So how can industry
contribute? What kinds of transformative solutions are needed? What will the engineer’s
role be in reaching these goals?
Where
Virtual Development Laboratory, VDL,
Chalmers University of Technology
Chalmers Tvärgata 4C, Johanneberg
Campus, Gothenburg
On Thursday February 18th, join us for the Let’s Talk knowledge-sharing symposium
at Chalmers University of Technology. We’ve gathered inspiring thinkers for a discussion
about how instrumental industry will be in the sustainable development shift from
a linear economy to a circular one.
Agenda
