PWC facilities
•Toilets
•There is only 1 toilet directly outside “Auditoriet”, so try the other ones 
• 4 toilets one floor up outside meeting room “Enerhaugen”
• Many toilets on ground floor between stair and reception
• Toilets outside restaurant (top floor) for use at lunch and dinner.
•Smoking
•No smoking allowed inside, smoking is only allowed outside the restaurant
during lunch break and dinner – will be at top of the building.
•Wardrobe
•Ground floor by the reception and outside of the restaurant at the top floor.
•Wifi – Look for information on the back of your badge

Important information
•Two venues
• «Auditoriet» is the main venue and will be in use entire conference
• In split sessions, «Enerhaugen» will be used as well. You find this one floor up
from the sponsor area. Use the stairs.
•Private meetings
•Meeting room reserved for IBM entire conference (except during team
competition). Ask Khoa for a time slot.
•Two meeting rooms available for all partners and also for participants that need
a privat room for a short meeting. Ask Wencke for a time slot.
•Team competition
•You do not want to miss this, be present in auditorium before we start at 16:00.

•Magical dinner
•Be back at PWC at 19:00 for welcome drinks and dinner. If you are late, it may
be difficult to get into the building.

Kontoen brukes pt. av ISBG styret til å dekke opp evt. underskudd på ISBG
vårseminar. Så langt har vi kun belastet med 15.000,- for fjorårets arrangement.

about the event. If you did not register yourself/or by other reasons do
not receive it, send me (Roger) an e-mail asking for it.
 Everyone present may win, also our foreign participants, sponsors
and presenters. Unfortunately not anyone employed by IBM.
 Exception?
 Max was injured last night after dinner. He broke his upper
arm/shoulder and have a lot of pain. He is now in Sandefjord. Are
everyone OK with him getting a prize in case his name is drawn?
