– many of you probably remember when
the soup was served at the Grand Hotel
in Marstrand. It has the fragrance of the sea
with a scent of oregano and fennel. Maggan’s
love for food developed in London in the 1940s,
where she served both filmstars and
ordinary people. These enthralling meetings
are characterised in Maggan’s fish soup,
where different flavours and memories are
united, to live on at Arnell på Kajen.
