He was born in Cincinnati, OH and served proudly with the U.S. Navy for over 36 years including the Vietnam War. Ken was a devoted member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and will be missed dearly by those who loved him. He has left behind to cherish his memory, his adoring wife of 51 years, Joan A. Tracy; sons, Scott, Gregg, and Brett Tracy; daughters, Kristin Kidney, Allison McDill; 12 grandchildren; and many treasured friends. A memorial will be held on Friday, January 29, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph's Historical Church, 4214 Loretto Rd., Jacksonville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org or the charity of your choice. Arrangements are entrusted to Hardage Giddens Mandarin Chapel, 904-288-0025.
