All the following scheduled cruises on board ‘LADY OF LEE VALLEY’,
unless otherwise stated, depart from the moorings at Broxbourne
Riverside and must be pre booked and paid for at least 48 hours in
advance. Certain cruises do get booked well in advance.
Tables of 4 and 6 settings are available.
Maximum group booking 12 persons.
We may also require small parties to share tables.

1. Booking: A cruise is booked only when payment
is received. A contract will then exist between Lee Valley
Boat Centre (LVBC) and the person booking the cruise (the Hirer).
While we will endeavour to seat parties close together this cannot always
be guaranteed. We may also require small parties to share tables.
2. Cancellation: If a cruise is cancelled by the Hirer up to 21 days before
departure, a refund will be made less £10 administrative charge. If a
cruise is cancelled with less than 21 days notice no refund will be made.
3. Availability: LVBC reserve the right to cancel a cruise, if circumstances
beyond their control make it necessary. In such circumstances, if a
suitable alternative cannot be provided all monies paid will be refunded
and there will be no further claim against LVBC. LVBC reserves the right
to use alternative craft on some trips.
4. Minors: Bookings can only be made by persons of 21 years or above.
5. Safety: The instructions of the captain and crew must be obeyed at all
times. Passengers are only permitted in areas of the vessel designated
for the purpose of passenger transport. Unruly behaviour likely to
constitute a safety hazard will terminate the cruise wherever the vessel is
located. Passengers may then be asked to leave the vessel and LVBC
will have no further responsibility to return such passengers to the point
of embarkation.
6. Time Of Arrival: The cruise will depart at the scheduled time as far as
practically possible. If the departure of the boat is delayed by the late
arrival of passengers LVBC may have to reduce cruising time by an
appropriate amount.
7. Duration Of Cruise: Every effort will be made to conform to the stated
duration of the cruise, but no liability can be accepted for variations in
the duration of the cruise.
8. Personal Property / Injury: LVBC can accept no responsibility for loss of
damage of personal effects or for personal injury other than caused by
negligence of LVBC.
9. Damage To Craft Or Fittings: Any damage caused by passengers to
the boat, its fittings or to third parties, will be charged to the Hirer.
10. Children: Unaccompanied minors are not permitted as passengers.
The safety of children is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

Heating and Disabled WC.
‘Pride of Lee’ New for 2014 Licensed Bar and WC.
Both ‘Lady of Lee Valley’ & ‘Pride of Lee’ have step and lift access
suitable for wheelchair users.
