How to Register Your Cruise Certificate:
Register your certificate within 30 days of receiving it. Failure to register may
result in the expiration of your certificate and forfeiture of your cruise package rights.
To register simply follow these simple steps:
1. Review your Cruise Certificate and its Terms and Conditions.
2. Go to www.NationwideCruiseReservations.com to register within 30 days. Online
registration will allow you to immediately print your Reservation Request Form.

Important: You are responsible for covering Port Charges and Government Taxes of $59.00 per
person. You will be contacted by a Cruise Agent upon receipt of your completed Registration
Form to answer any questions you may have and to explain any additional benefits you may be
eligible for, including discounted hotel accommodations in Florida or the Bahamas.
Note: You will have 12 months from the date of registration to take your cruise. You will be
required to mail in your Reservation Form 45 days in advance of when you’re ready to travel. You
will receive a completed itinerary in the mail confirming your requested travel dates, directions,
and check-in times. Confirmations will not be issued more than 90 days prior to arrival.

The Bahamas Celebration is dedicated to providing guests with a fun and relaxing cruise
experience, with an emphasis on superior service. The cruise ship sails every other day
to Grand Bahama Island, known as the “Jewel of the Bahamas.” This island was selected

The Bahamas Celebration is the only cruise ship where you will have the choice of a fun
2-Night Getaway or the unique option of combining your round trip cruise with a 2 or 4
night stay in Florida or in the Bahamas. Cruise guests that opt for the Grand Bahama stay
will enjoy luxurious accommodations at a resort such as the 4-Star Our Lucaya Beach
and Golf Resort.
Standard cruise cabins are 140 square feet, while suites measure up to 270 square feet.
Décor is modern with standard amenities such as a flat screen TV, phone, and 24-hour
room service available.

The Dining Experience
Four unique dining rooms along with poolside buffets allow Bahamas Celebration
passengers to have a different taste sensation at nearly every meal.
Crystal Dining Room - Guests will enjoy a classic 5-course dining experience with a
broad menu and sommelier wine service provided. Choices abound with a wide array
of fresh seafood, beef, chicken or vegetarian pasta entrees . . . and “seconds” are just a
simple request away!
Rio’s - Guests desiring lots of variety with a little less formality will enjoy Rio’s - combining
international flair with a flavorful Brazilian steakhouse touch. This is definitely the place
for meat lovers, as our Brazilian Gaucho Carvers serve up the tastiest and most flavorful
cuts of meat.
Trattoria Di Gerry - Experience classic Italian comfort food with a contemporary flair,
while enjoying breathtaking ocean views. The casual relaxed setting and delightful
variety of flavorful pasta entrees, pizza, and salads will make this dining experience a
crowd favorite.

The Cove - For intimate dining, or for a special occasion, The Cove offers signature dishes,
impeccable service, soothing ambience, and a wide selection of fine wines.
Pampering & Wellness
Cruising is all about rejuvenating the mind and spirit from all the stresses of
everyday life. Passengers can relax by taking a dip in the refreshing pool, plan
for a little invigorating exercise, or revitalize in the therapeutic, bliss-inspiring
Spa & Salon.
Poolside - The coolest spot to be on deck is the inviting pool area. Soak up
the warm Caribbean rays and then go for a refreshing dip in the uniquely
raised-glass encased pool. Guests can also enjoy a delicious tropical drink at
one of the two cool Tiki bars while taking in the panoramic ocean views.
Mussel Beach - Fitness enthusiast who can’t miss a workout can take
advantage of the state-of-the-art exercise equipment, as well as the person
looking to just burn off a few extra calories from all the great food onboard.
Fountain of Youth Spa & Salon - The therapeutic Spa offers relaxing
massages, facials, aromatherapy, reflexology, body scrubs and spa combo

The Wynmore Casino - Adrenaline will soar as you join Lady Luck in the plush and
friendly Vegas-style casino. Find treasure at the slots, double down on a hand of black jack,
and play your favorite numbers on the roulette table. And with craps, baccarat, poker and
more . . . every night is sure to be exciting!
The View - This spectacular multilevel room is the perfect place for incredible live
entertainment; including singers, dancers, comedians and former Cirque De Soleil acrobats.
Afterwards, the music starts pumping and everyone hits the dance floor.
A Favorite Place, Club or Pub - Want some real ambiance . . . how about beautiful ocean
views and fresh sea air poolside, with great tropical music and dancing on deck? Or, for a
more intimate experience, head over to Pub 437 for a pint and some darts. Later in the
evening, crooners can “take the stage” and sing a favorite Karaoke song. Meanwhile, sports
enthusiasts can catch the big game in the Ocean Breeze Sports Bar.

Family Cruising
A Bahamas Celebration cruise is truly a family affair. The age-appropriate Kid’s Clubs and
programs are supervised by a trained staff that will make sure your kids have fun!
Club Coconuts - This fun club is open to children ages 3 to 9; and offers supervised activities
like arts and crafts, popular kid’s games, and entertaining activities like Xbox, Wii, Dance Dance
Revolution, and Guitar Hero.
Club Wave - This is the cool place for 10 to 13 year old kids to enjoy a variety of activities and
all their favorite electronic games including Xbox, DDR, Guitar Hero, PlayStation and Wii.
Open Water - Designed to be a relaxed atmosphere for teens 14 to 17 to hang out where
they can meet new friends, enjoy the latest video games, and listen to their favorite music.
Computers are also available.
Kids of the Caribbean - Another great spot for kids is the wet-and-wild Kids of the Caribbean
located on the pool deck. This fun and colorful locale includes a 180-foot waterslide and splash
pool area. There is also a fun Games Arcade for older kids located on the pool deck.

Swim with the Dolphins - Travel to The Dolphin Experience Lagoon, where small

1. Entitlements: The recipient of this Cruise Certificate is entitled to a 2-night, round-trip cruise aboard the Bahamas Celebration, from Palm Beach, Florida to Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas. Aboard ship, the recipient and travel companion will enjoy an inside cabin,
all meals, live entertainment and shipboard activities. Cruise package does not include transportation to or from port, parking, port taxes and government fees, service charges, Florida state sales tax, gratuities, or incidentals while on board ship. Upgraded rooms
and travel options are available at additional costs. Additional fuel and security surcharges may be imposed and collected at time of embarkation to reimburse carrier for increased costs associated with fuel prices, port security and government imposed fees.
2. Immediately register online at www.NationwideCruiseReservations.com or complete the attached Registration Form and mail the original to Nationwide Reservations, Attn: Cruise Registration Department, P.O. Box 70038, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33307. Do not delay.
3. Nationwide Reservations must receive your Registration Form via mail or internet within 30 days of your receipt of this certificate to validate your request. Any change request may be subject to a rebooking fee.
4. Once your Registration Form is validated, you will be contacted by a Cruise Line Travel Agent to discuss your reservation request dates and any additional discount travel benefits you are eligible for. By registering to use this cruise promotion, you expressly request
and consent to return telephone calls, emails or mail relating to fulfillment of this offer and other offers from Nationwide Reservations and its partner travel companies. You expressly waive all Federal and State No-Call Registry Protections for the purpose of future
marketing by Nationwide Reservations. Any additional offers will be subject to separate pricing and availability that the travel representative will explain to you.
5. Each traveler is responsible for actual port charges and government taxes of $59 per person at time of booking based on double occupancy. These charges are only refundable upon cancellation of reservation by traveler if Nationwide Reservations has not already
remitted them to Port at time of call. Cruise Line reserves the right to charge an additional fuel supplement of $9.00 per person per day at time of embarkation.
6. Rates for third and fourth person in your stateroom, when available, may be purchased at the current cruise line rate. The terms and conditions of the Cruise Line’s Standard Contract of Passage apply.
7. This cruise certificate may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, including but not limited to: tour/travel packages, group, convention/company meetings, companion fares, senior citizen discounts, corporate agreements,
student fares, child fares, travel industry discounts, internet fares, frequent flyer programs or any unpublished programs without first obtaining express permission of Nationwide Reservations. One cruise promotion per stateroom. One cruise promotion per household.
8. Reservations must be booked and completed within twelve months of registration, and must be reserved at least 45 days in advance of travel.
9. This cruise promotion is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash and is void if raffled, copied, altered or prohibited by law. Resale is prohibited, no cash value.

11. Each traveler must be 18 years of age or older unless traveling with a parent or legal guardian, and must possess valid ID. Traveler is responsible to comply with passport and ID requirements at time of travel. Travelers staying overnight in the Bahamas are required
to have a valid Passport.
12. By participating in this promotion, recipients and travelers agree that Nationwide Reservations and its affiliated companies, officers and owners shall have no liability relating to any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses or attorneys’ fees arising out of this
promotion, use of such, injury, economic or trade practice damages, accident, or delay, whether known or unknown at time of enrollment or use. Recipient and travelers, through their participation, expressly agree to settle all disputes arising from the marketing, use
and fulfillment of this promotion through arbitration as permitted in their home county of residence or in Broward County, Florida, and agree that the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles, shall apply. Recipients expressly agree that
in consideration of this promotion, they shall not lend or assign their claims to any class-style action or government agency. Recipients and travelers responsibility of the actual costs of any arbitration are limited to $1,000, and understand that such arbitration is
binding, final and claims (if attempted) may not be pursued through judicial means.

15. These terms and conditions cannot be modified or waived, unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of Nationwide Reservations. The Cruise Line has the final authority on the interpretation of the terms and conditions. Cruise passage is subject to terms and
conditions stated on the contract ticket enclosed in final documents.
16. This Cruise certificate may be distributed by an authorized business as a promotional product. It may not be resold unless through an authorized reseller. Nationwide Reservations assumes no responsibility for verbal or written representations made in conjunction
with this offer by any distributor and/or their agent, other than those made in this offer.
17. Its agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for the cruise line and do not, and will not assume any liability or responsibility for damages, expenses, loss, injury, accident, or death to any person or property whatsoever on any cruise ship or any transportation
to and from said cruise passage, for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations, nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, war, acts of God, arising from, or in conjunction with services provided.

19. By submitting a signed Registration Form or registration through any other means offered, the traveler consents to be bound by all the terms and conditions as stated in this cruise certificate.
20. Required Documentation & Identification: Please note that travel documentation requirements vary by destination and change often. It is the responsibility of the guest to provide valid travel and medical history documents required for debarkation and re-entry into
the appropriate country of origin. Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise. It is the guest’s responsibility to have available at all times required travel documents. Guests are advised to check with their travel agent or proper
government authority to determine necessary documents. Guests traveling without proper documents will not be allowed to board the vessel. Documents must be presented at time of embarkation.
21. Department of Homeland Security requires that U.S. citizens taking the cruise only are not required to have a passport; but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, or a passport card, together
with a government issued photo ID such as a Drivers License. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship, and if 16 and over, a photo ID is also required. Passports are required only for US citizens who debark the ship for an extended hotel stay in the
Bahamas and return at a later date. For a complete list of WHTI-compliant documents or to obtain a passport application, visit www.travel.state.gov.
22. Embarkation begins at 11:00 am. The Bahamas Celebration is scheduled to leave at 5:30 pm. Guests are required to be onboard the ship at least 90 minutes (by 4:00 pm) prior to departure. When the ship returns to the Port of Palm Beach, please plan 1-2 hours
before debarkation for Customs and Immigration clearance. Passengers with departing air flights should schedule flight with sufficient time to arrive at their respective airport.
