Discussion and Possible Action on Election of Review Team Chair and Vice-Chair Sharon Konemann made a motion at 1:21 pm to nominate Rose Turner for Chair and Dr. Passmore for Vice-Chair of the review team. Discussion and Possible Action on formal Agreement between the Oklahoma Child Death Review Board State Team and the Tulsa Regional Review Team The team reviewed the proposed formal agreement between the Tulsa Regional Child Death Review Team and the Oklahoma State Child Death Review Board. Lisa advised that all teams will adhere to the same set of Promulgated Rules, addressing attendance as well as team composition and expectations. Report from Staff Lisa advised that the Board is up for Sunset Review this year under HB3202. The proposed legislation would renew the Child Death Review Board for another six (6) years, until the year 2020. Staff attended the Senate Sunset committee hearing on Feb. 12 and the bill was passed.
