Prepares preliminary drafts of working papers, collates and tabulates comments received on them from interested persons and organizations. Prepares preliminary draft reports for consideration by Service Commissions. Assists the legal staff generally in the more routine assignments such as drafting advice and replying to correspondence, preparing notices for meetings, taking minutes and following up action on decisions taken by the Service Commissions.
