Mr. Faust was born in Elida, Oh. He came to Bradenton from Columbus, Oh. in 1988. He was a retired Science Teacher at Whitehall High School for 31 years. For the past 9 years he was an Assistant Teacher for Bayshore High School. He served overseas in the Navy as a cook during World War II. He was past member of the American Legion Kirby Stewart Post 24. He is survived by his wife, Ida R. Faust of Bradenton; 2 daughters, Sheri Hupp of Columbus, Oh. and Robin Fausnaugh of Bradenton, Fla.; 2 sons, Michael Scheen of Columbus, Oh. and Kent D. Stires of Bradenton, Fla.; 1 brother, Paul D. Faust of West Jefferson, Oh. His grandchildren include, Marsha Stires of Bradenton, Fla., Jordan Scheen of Columbus, Oh., Robert Fausnaugh, Cassandra Fausnaugh and Jimmie Stires, all of Bradenton, Fla., Mark Fausnaugh, Jr. of Columbus, Oh., Billie Jean Cavanaugh of S.C. and Sonia Stires of Bradenton, Fla. Visitation will take place on Friday, November 29, 2002 from 6-8 p.m. at GRIFFITH-CLINE FUNERAL HOME, Manasota Chapel, 1221 53rd Ave. E., Bradenton, Fla., where Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, November 30, 2002 at 1 p.m. with Dr. William L. Ross, Temple Baptist Church, Sarasota, Fla. officiating.
