Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing. Any cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the event will incur an administration charge of £70.00+VAT per delegate. No refund is given
for cancellations made 30 days or less before the commencement of the event. Transferring from one event to another is treated as a cancellation. You can substitute one delegate for another.If you would like to do this, please
let us know in writing before noon on the business day prior to the start of the event.
