How to Update Bank Sign-in Info in
QuickBooks Online?
QuickBooks Online is a cloud service offered by Intuit. It is one of the biggest online

Bank account is connected to downloaded transactions and you have changed your
credentials that are used on your bank’s website, then perform the following steps to
change your sign-in information that is stored in QuickBooks Online:
 At the left select Banking.
 At the top click on the account to highlight.

 An error 103 will be prompted with a Reconnect my account link.
 Give a click on Reconnect my account and re-enter your new username and
password.

 Hit the Edit sign-in info button.
 Provide your updated bank website User ID and Password in the given field.
 QuickBooks Online will connect with your bank to verify the updated
information.
 When the message that credentials have been updated is received, click on “I’m
done, Let s go”.
Note: You login information is not changed with the financial institution by these steps,
for changing that you will have to sign-in directly to the bank website.
