Navigate to Start button and then go to Settings section.
Under Settings column, locate Control Panel and go to remove a program.
Select Add/Remove Programs and then find QuickBooks from the list of applications.
Select it when you found, click on Change or Remove Programs or select Uninstall button.
When prompted, select OK button to remove QuickBooks.
Locate “QuickBooks Product Listing” in the same “Add/Remove Programs” listing and then
delete it by selecting “Change or Remove Programs” or “Uninstall” and then select OK button if
prompted.
7. Make a right-click on Delete button for the Windows XP/2000 in case you don’t have other Intuit
products installed on your system.

8. A user can rename it by clicking on Rename. If you have Windows 7 or Vista installed into your
system, then delete the following folders instead, and replace: with the username for the
account that you use

 C:\Program Data\Common Files\Intuit
 C:\Users\AppData\Local\Intuit
 C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Intuit
 C:\Program Files\Intuit
 C:\Program Files\Common Files\Intuit
9. Make a right-click and select Delete button on the following folders, in case you are using
Windows XP/2000 and have other Intuit products installed on your system C:\Program
Files\Intuit
Rename the folder name if you want.
For Windows 7/Vista, delete or rename the following folder C:\Program Data\Intuit
10. Restart the system to finalize any changes to the registry that uninstalling QuickBooks may
make.
