How to Disable the AVG Antivirus?

AVG’s identity protection then click on ‘Identity’.
➢After selecting the option, click on ‘enabled’ to change it to
‘Disabled’.
➢Now go back to AVG antivirus main page by clicking the Back
arrow and click on the ‘X’ located in the corner of the window
if you want to hide the program.

If you want to disable the whole Protection:
➢First of all, open the application and select ‘Options’ from
the drop-down menu and then click on the ‘Advanced option’
entry.
➢Now choose ‘Temporarily Disable AVG protection’ located in
the navigation panel and then click on ‘Temporarily Disable
AVG protection’ button.
➢After that, it will display a warning, read it carefully and go
to ‘Disable AVG For’ from drop-down down box and select the
time limit of your choice for disabling the protection.

Then select ‘until restart’ to disable the protection
until you restart your computer. In the end, click OK
to save changes.
