Shirley
Marie
(LaMora) Dubey, 88, passed
away Sunday, March 2,
2014 at Wuesthoff Hospital
in Rockledge, Cocoa FL.
She was a former Brevard
County school bus Matron,
and also a volunteer for the
Brevard County Sharing
Center.
Born in Tupper Lake
on December 7, 1925,
she was the daughter of
Frederick and Elmelina
Grenier
and came to
Brevard County in 1963.
She is survived by
daughters, Linda Dubey,
Carol (David) Gamber
- both of Cocoa; sons,
Michael (Rita) Dubey of
Cocoa, Dennis (Phyllis)
Dubey of Gainesville,
GA; grandchildren Paula
(David) Allen, Brenna
Gamber of Cocoa, Brandon
(Desire) Dubey of Georgia,
great-grandchildren Josie

Russell A. Koch, 95, of Maddox Lane, passed away
at his home on Tuesday, March 11. Calling hours are
scheduled for Friday, March 14th from 2 - 4 pm. at the
Stuart-Fortune-Keough funeral home. A full obituary will

2014 to enroll in a Qualified
Health Plan (QHP) via NY
State of Health: The Official
Health Plan Marketplace. Under the Affordable Care
Act (ACA), anyone who is
not enrolled by 11:59 p.m.
on that date may be subject
to a penalty.

Adirondack
Health
Institute’s (AHI) Joyce
Porter,
Enrollment
Assistance
Services
and Education (EASE)
Department
Manager,
AHI’s team of New York
State-certified Navigators
are available for free, inperson, health insurance
enrollment
assistance
through NY State of
Health to help community
members
meet
the
deadline. The program
receives funding from
the Community Service
Society of New York
(CSSNY). “Although open
enrollment runs through the
end of March, we strongly
encourage the public to
address this issue sooner
rather than later as we
expect our navigators will
be booked well in advance
of the deadline,” said
Porter. “We are proud to be
a part of the success of the
Marketplace where to date
more than half-a-million
New Yorkers have enrolled
in quality, low-cost health
insurance.”
Porter shared that
those eligible for Medicaid
and Child Health Plus,
those who qualify for
catastrophic coverage, and
small business owners may
enroll in health insurance
coverage year round. All
other individuals who miss
the March 31 deadline
will have to wait for the

period which begins on
November 15, 2014 to get
health insurance coverage,
unless they experience a
qualifying event such as the
loss of a job or the birth of
a child. More information
