Mersham Primary School Clubs for Summer Term 2014 - Sign Up 22nd April 2014 Dear Parents, Externally Run and Internally Run Clubs We are extremely grateful to the teaching staff and volunteers who give up their personal time to run a variety of after-school and lunchtime clubs. The clubs, listed below, will start week beginning Monday 28th April 2014. Please use the attached form to let us know which of these club(s) your child wishes to attend. Places are strictly limited and will be allocated according to places available. Your child will be informed as soon as possible which places have been allocated to them. If your child will not be present for a session, we would ask that you inform the office or the member of staff running the club so that we know which children we are supervising. Children will be expected to attend regularly. Cancellation Occasionally clubs are cancelled, where this is the case we will try and give parents as much notice as possible. Please keep an eye on the notice-board (situated inside the main gate) for information. If a club is cancelled at the last minute we will notify parents by text message where possible (please ensure we have an up to date mobile number). Children will be kept in school until they are collected. This will help to ensure that, where possible, pupils are allocated places at the clubs they most wish to do.
