Ever See A Coat Drive?
Please Support the “Coats for Camden’s Kids” Campaign!
Their need is great — our help is needed!
The Bar Foundation’s Public Benefits Committee is partnering with Woodland Community Development
Corporation in Camden and ARI in Mt. Laurel to ensure that needy students in grades two through five in
Camden will have winter coats in time for the cold months ahead, and we need your help!
We are seeking donations from CCBA members and friends to purchase 200 new winter coats for children
who might otherwise go without. We will also accept clean, gently-used children’s coats in good condition.
Our goal is to provide coats for approximately 25 students, chosen by school principals as the most needy,
in eight Camden elementary schools for a total of 200 coats. Your gift of $30 or more will help us
achieve that goal.
You have answered our calls in the past with generous outpouring of backpacks filled with school supplies
and donations to purchase school uniforms. In fact, over the past four years CCBA members, friends and
local businesses have donated hundreds of backpacks and more than $13,000 to help young students in
need! We hope we can count on your support once again for this important campaign.
Please complete the form below and mail it along with your gift to Bar Headquarters. Donations of gentlyused children’s winter coats may be dropped off at Bar Headquarters at the address below.
