Lisa Rocheleau promoted to Assistant Administrator of
The Palm Beach Children's Hospital
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla- Jul. 09, 2012- The Palm Beach Children’s Hospital at St. Mary’s Medical
Center is proud to announce that Lisa Rocheleau has been promoted to the position of Assistant
Administrator. As the Assistant Administrator for the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital, Lisa will be
responsible for continuing to focus on the hospital’s commitment to delivering the finest possible
specialized pediatric care.
Rocheleau has been with St. Mary’s Medical Center since 2006 and has held several leadership positions
including Director of Pediatric Services. During her tenure in this position, Rocheleau led a successful
transition of the PICU Medical Leadership, implemented a service line process and mentality among staff
of all units, and initiated the Magnet Program at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
Rocheleau has also served as the Director of the Trauma/Medical Surgical Unit at the hospital. Most
recently, Lisa was the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer of St. Mary’s, where she worked with the Chief
Nursing Officer and other administrators to review and develop a new clinical and nursing leadership
structure. She also assisted St. Mary’s with operational productivity, expense control, continuous quality
improvement and personnel management.
