The JRA’s mandate in terms of the Service Delivery Agreement (SDA) with the City of Johannesburg is the

Kindly note that this bid was advertised last week 31 October 2014 but without a briefing
session. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 17 November 2014 at 11h00 at the
JRA Fleet and Plant Depot, 350 Albertina Sisulu Street, (former old Main road), Fordsburg.

Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the conditions of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2011 and the SCMP of the
Johannesburg Roads Agency.
