Sea-level change and prehistoric coastal societies Will take place in Chemicum, Ravia 14A, Tartu, Estonia in December 3, 2014 The seminar is addressed to doctoral students of Earth Sciences and Archaeology and is aimed to give knowledge and to discuss challenges to reconstruct Holocene sea-level changes. We also discuss how prehistoric coastal societies adapted with sea-level and coastal change. The seminar consists of introductory lectures and poster session. Poster session will be organized by participants of the seminar to introduce their research. The seminar is organized by the Institute of Ecology and Earth Sciences, University of Tartu and supported by Doctoral School of Earth Sciences and Ecology, University of Tartu and by Estonian Research Council.
