Studio Class Description
Body Blast
Workout catered to clientele keeping body balance with a combination of cardio, gut and butts!
Perfect for the holiday season.
Tabata- Is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.
Cardio Kick/Abs-A fantastic full body workout integrating low impact aerobics with Slide, BOSU, Resist-a-Ball &
strength training to challenge the mind and body.
X-treme Conditioning-Planning to get back on the fitness track? Join us for this high intensity calorie burning conditioning class to kick start your day!
* Yoga/Pilates Fitness Fusion-Treat yourself to a very special, relaxing, yet surprisingly invigorating workout. This
class combines two very popular disciples, the Eastern Tradition of Yoga and the works of Joseph Pilates. The exercises practiced in class will strengthen the core muscles of the body, improve posture, balance and flexibility and lift
your spirit by creating a sense of accomplishment and well-being.
Circuit Training-A drills & skills workout that includes resistance & strength training, without “the aerobics”. Various
stations, working for short time periods. Covering all aspects of fitness: Aerobic, core stabilization & resistance training. Great for an all over body workout.
Core Essentials- A fantastic class focusing on core-strengthening & toning. Abdominals, Buttocks & Back
exercises intensified. Incorporating: Resist-a-balls, BOSU-balls, balance work, free weights and floor exercises

Whether you are new to exercising or are a seasoned athlete, exercising in the pool is a great way to improve your overall fitness.
Water Fitness
A total body workout, utilizing a combination of exercises and training methods to give you a fantastically challenging class.

***ADULT SWIM LESSONS– Laura Ribbins
You will get more comfortable and move more easily in the water improve your stroke
Technique, rhythmic breathing these one-hour lessons can help! 4-week session:
When: Wednesday Nights Time: 7:00pm-8:00pm
Cost: $85.00 for a package of 4 classes and $25.00 Drop-in
*BOOTCAMP
Early risers! Our Specialized BOOTCAMP, 3 mornings per week to whip you into shape in a short period of focus and determination!
When: Starts Jan 5th
*Monday Wednesday & Friday 4 Weeks, 12 Sessions
Time: 5.45am-6.35am
Cost: $165 for all 12 Classes

During the class you will learn the basics of kickboxing while getting an amazing & fast paced workout. Classes will also include exercises for
strengthening the upper & lower body as well as core strength & abdominal. Thursday 4, 11 & 18. From 7-8pm Cost:$60 for 3 classes
***PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONSPersonal training is no longer just for the rich and famous. If you need to kick-start your fitness regime,
train for a specific event or even learn to swim, we have a personal training program for you. Our professional, certified instructors and trainers
will be there to help you every step of the way! Training sessions can be held at Fitness Connection or in the comfort of your own home or pool.
