BRITISH PHARMACOPOEIA COMMISSION
WORK PROGRAMME OF EXPERT ADVISORY GROUP (EAG): HERBAL AND COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINES
Stakeholders are:
- invited to note the BP work for herbal and complementary medicine,
- also invited to note that the information on the website of the BP Commission Secretariat is not an authoritative source of Latin scientific names, and,
- welcome to send any information on assay and tests methods and any other general information they may wish the Expert Advisory Group on Herbal and
Complementary Medicines to take into consideration at the time the monograph is prepared. It would be of particular interest to have information on known
substitutes and adulterants for the herbs listed on the BP work programme.
-welcome to inform the Secretariat of any additions to the work programme, subject to justifiable reasons.
