Birthday Party Packages Palatine Park District parties feature creative staff, terrific ideas, and a great setting to make your child’s birthday memorable. Each party package includes a two-hour facility rental, themed activities, activity materials, and an instructor for the first hour. The instructor will be scheduled to start 15 minutes after your booked party. This will insure all guests have arrived to enjoy the activities. You supply the food, beverages, paper goods, and guests — we will supply the fun! A separate $100 security deposit may be required depending on location, and additional fees will apply for changes made to parties already scheduled with an instructor. The security deposit will be refunded provided party rooms are left in good condition, rules were followed, and the party size did not exceed the maximum number of children. Age R / NR Prog # Max 4 years+ $232 / $290 5463 35 Pony Parties at Palatine Stables Parties at Palatine Hills Golf Course Pony parties are perfect for the horse lover in your family! Pony parties offer two full hours of magical memories and fun including pony rides, pony “prettying” playtime, and an area for post pony partying for 4 to 12 children. You provide the food, beverages, and paper goods. Parties are available year-round on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm or 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Pony rides will take place in the indoor arena during the winter. Parties are also offered Monday and Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm during the summer season. Pony Parties are designed for children ages 1 to 10 who are under 4’6” tall. Adult supervision is required. A $25 deposit is required to hold the date which is then refunded or deducted from the cost of the party. A $100 security deposit is not required for pony parties.
