 ESNZ Casual Equine day registration (Classes 3 - 7) $5/horse (for non-registered Horses).
 Eventing Equine Flexi Start Levy for Class 3 only - $15/horse (for Horses without a
discipline start).
 Administration fee $3 per entry for all non-online entries
 Online entry fee $3 per entry.
 Horse accommodation available on site $10, bookings with secretary essential
 A discount applies to riders or families with multiple entries of $10 off for the second
and subsequent horse/immediate family member entered up to a maximum of $30
discount per competition, immediate family to be entered on same entry to receive
discount
Conditions of Entry

Competitors must nominate a named helper who must be available to help!
Unaccompanied riders can assist when not riding.
 This competition will be run under the Constitutional Rules and Regulations of ESNZ. All
applicable regulations and rules will be strictly enforced.
 All Pony Club classes are run with affiliation from Southland Pony Club
 The committee reserves the right to; cancel any class, divide any class, alter advertised
times and transfer competitors between sections of a competition.
 If insufficient entries in graded classes they may be combined and prize money will be
paid only if a qualifying round is completed
 Entries preferred online at www.equestrianentries.co.nz or must be on rider’s official
ESNZ form if registered or Eventing Southland entry form with casual equine registration
fee included. Contact Event Secretary for information
 For Classes 1 & 2 details of qualifying competitions must be included with entries.
Qualification details are required for each Rider and Horse. Please refer to the MER
Table on the ESNZ website
 Classes 1 - 7: All Riders need to be full ESNZ members or a Financial Pony Club Member.
First year of Full Membership is FREE for new members.
 Classes 3 - 7: Horses not registered with ESNZ may enter under ESNZ Casual Equine
Registration $5.00 per day.
 All persons and vehicles enter the property at their own risk
 Strictly no dogs allowed
 Late entries will incur a penalty of $20.00 per entry
 All entries include Medical, Vet and Programme
 Refund policy: less 20% with medical or vet certificate
 Food and Refreshments will be available
 Medical armbands must be worn for all jumping phases

My Dress and Saddlery meet the requirements in the “ESNZ Eventing Rules” pertaining to the
Cross Country test for the jumping tests of this Event.
 I am an ESNZ Member (either Full Member or Community Member)
 I understand there is a first aid service present.
 I understand the inherent risks of equestrian activities, in particular riding over XC fences.
 I understand that the rules around horse welfare, abuse of the horse and dangerous riding apply
to Introductory Events as well as Registered Competitions.
 I respect that members of the Organising Committee overseeing this Event have the right to ask
me to stop/leave the premises.
 I will wear my own medical armband.
