Loving and Merciful Father,
bless, we pray, our Parish of St. Joseph’s.
May we always seek your will and,
united in our endeavours,
may we proclaim your love to the world
and glorify you in all that we do.
We make this our prayer in the power
of the Spirit and through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
Thank You
Christmas Greetings
To all who supported last weekend’s
Christmas Concert - a lovely evening and
we raised £350 for church funds and over
£100 for the LAPS Charity - well done!
Well it’s been another full year with lots going
on and much to be thankful for. I continue to
appreciate the love and care shown to both
myself and family over the last year thank you!
St. Stephen’s Day Mass
We continue to move forward, but we have
so much more yet to do. 2015 will, I hope and
pray, see us continue to move forward together
in faith, hope and love. Remember that whilst
God does not call us to always be successful he
does call us to be always faithful.
Confessions before Christmas
St. Stephen is the Patron saint of the Altar
Servers’ Guild: Holy Mass on Friday –
is therefore an important occasion for Altar
Servers, and is also the occasion when
servers who have shown dedication over
a period of time are admitted to the Guild
of St. Stephen. It is hoped that as many
servers as possible will be present.
New Year’s Day
May the Love of God shown to us so fully
in the birth of Christ be shared among you
and all your loved ones, both near and far,
this Christmas time.
God Bless
Fr. Craig.
(Mary the Mother of God)
Mass at 12noon
followed by homemade soup
and drinks in the parish club.
All welcome.
Please sign the list in the porch.
How did Mary and Joseph
know that Jesus weighed 7lb6
when he was born?
They had a weigh
in a manger!!
