LibertyOne Credit Union (“CU”) repossessed this vehicle and is
accepting bids on it.
The vehicle may have mechanical or body damage.
CU cannot and does not verify the odometer reading.
 The vehicle is sold AS IS – NO WARRANTY.
YOU WILL PAY ALL COSTS FOR ANY
REPAIRS. The CU assumes no responsibility
for any repairs regardless of any oral
statements about the vehicle.
CONDITIONAL SALES AGREEMENT. LibertyOne Credit Union reserves the
right to accept or reject any bid. My purchase of the vehicle will not become
final unless or until LibertyOne Credit Union accepts my bid, a Motor Vehicle
Bill of Sale is executed by me and LibertyOne Credit Union, LibertyOne
Credit Union receives and verifies the purchase proceeds, and any required
title transfer forms are completed.
