It’s almost time to ring in the New Year! New Years Eve is celebrated at evening social
gatherings, where many people dance eat, drink alcoholic beverages and watch or light fireworks
to mark the New Year. The celebrations generally go on past midnight into January 1st. I would
suggest that you make the Yuletide gay, but you clearly don’t need any encouragement. It goes
Christmas, New Years Eve, Valentine’s Day. Is that fair to those of us who are alone? These are
all days you gotta be with someone. And if you’re not on Xanax by Christmas or New Years,
BOOM! There’s Valentine’s Day. I think there should be one more day after Valentine’s Day
just called, “who could love you? Having said that I hope my New Year’s resolution to only say
nice things about people isn’t misinterpreted as a vow of silence!
