LJUNGHÄLL AB GROUP with their 2 production plants in Sweden and Czech Republic show a significant sales trend based on their success in the OEM market (main customers are Scania, Volvo Truck, Volvo car, Daimler, ZF and Ericsson). The Ljunghäll AB acquisition will enlarge and diversify Gnutti Carlo’s product lines and customer portfolio acquiring relevant assets and knowledge in aluminum high pressure die casting technology. This acquisition represents a primary step for the Gnutti Carlo Group diversification strategy toward aluminum alloy market characterized by a strong trend of growth and expansion.
