Organizer reserves the right to reject any entry without assigning any reasons thereof. No entry will be accepted after 24th December. System of play: The Tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System with 9 Round. Time Control: 30 minutes plus 10 seconds increment from move 1. Tie Break: In case of Tie, the tie will be broken as per FIDE regulation. Walk over Time: zero tolerance shall apply. Dispute: In case of any dispute decision of the Chief Arbiter will be final and binding on all. Accommodation: No accommodation will be provided by the organizer. Food: complimentary Lunch will be provided only to participants. No outside food is allowed in the hotel. Accompanying person must buy their own food. Dress code: All participants must be dressed in Formal attire. Shorts, sandals and sleeveless dress are prohibited. General Conduct: Smoking, chewing of betel nuts, pan masala, tobacco is strictly prohibited in and around the playing venue.
