During the months of June, July and August, our children’s classes change slightly to accommodate everyone’s busy vacation schedule and to give our wonderful teachers a little vacation of their own. The toddler room class for children ages 6-weeks to 2 years old will be taught by our terrific childcare ministry staff. Kids ages 3 through 5th grade will join together for a one-room experience using Grow, Proclaim, Serve! by Cokesbury. They will meet in room 215 off the Fellowship Hall. Middle School and High School youth serve as assistant leaders in the one room class for the summer. All kids in grades K-5 are invited to help lead the services. If your child is interested, please attend a brief parent meeting with your child on Saturday, September 6 at 2 pm in room106 off the Gathering Place. Rehearsals are Saturday, September 13 at 2 pm for all speaking parts and at 3 pm for all singers. A full dress rehearsal will be on Saturday, September 27 from 2-4 pm in the worship center. Please contact Jackie Hargis at 480-8381 or [email protected] New Girl Scout Troops at St. Andrews Coming this Fall Girl Scouts just announced the addition of two new troops to the two troops that are already meeting at St. Andrews! This is exciting news for anyone who has been looking for a troop to get their daughter into for the fall. Troops at St. Andrews are currently: st 1 Daisy Troop (K-1 Grade) 2 Brownie Troops (2nd-3rd Grade) 1 Junior Troop (4th-5th Grade) Leaders are also needed to help establish the two new troops (Daisy & Brownie) at our church.
