should their suite not be ready for occupation
• Requests for a late departure is subject to availability and may be subject to a late departure fee of 50% of the applicable
rate. We will always do our utmost to take the best possible care of our guests

• All meals are offered in our onsite restaurant from an a-la-carte menu
• Breakfast 8am – 10:30am
• Lunch 12h00 – 2:30pm
• Dinner 7pm – 9pm

Cancellation policy
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• In the event of a no-show, or an early departure, the full value of the accommodation will be
charged to the credit card provided.
• Deposits of reservations cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to arrival date will be refunded in full.
• Deposits of reservations cancelled within 4 weeks of the arrival date will be refunded should we
be able to re-let the room.
• No refund will be made for cancellations within 1 week of arrival.
• If the reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the card will be debited with the applicable cancellation fees.
