Warm-ups:
Standard CSI warm-up procedures are in effect for this meet. Swimmers entering the
warm-up lanes must use a 3-point feet-first entry where both feet and one hand must
be in contact with the deck or end wall immediately prior to entering water. Warm-up
for local teams will start at 7:00 am. The second warm-up will begin at 7:45. Based on
the number of entries, a third warm up may be added, where each period will be 30
minutes or less. The meet will begin at 8:30.
Rules:
Current USA Swimming rules will govern the procedure of the meet. The meet referee
will be the final authority on all matters related to the meet. Coaches and parents will
be responsible for the behavior and safety of their swimmers and their families. Teams
will be held responsible for any damage to the pool area. Positive sportsman-like
conduct will be expected. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell
phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms. Except where
venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker
rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is prohibited. No on deck
photography from behind the starting platforms is allowed. USA false start rule 102.14.5
will be enforced. Second and fourth swimmer on 10 and under relay events will start in
the water because of the depth.

CSI/USA Swimming registration errors must be corrected by Monday, December 15,
2014 with Kat Duren, Entry Chair. Teams will be notified via e-mail regarding registration
errors. Otherwise they must deck register before they enter the water. The deck
