FAQ’s Is it a full degree? YES! You will receive a FULL Honours degree in Business Management and Leadership. Are there any fees for me? All your tuition is paid for including all your books! However if you leave within 5 years you will have to repay a proportion of those fees. Do I get a job at the end of it? You will be offered a full time position based on your performance throughout the program. Including attendance, attitude and attainment of academic and business goals. How often do I have to work? 5 days per week – 9-5:30 . Will there be time for me to complete my university work? You will be given 1 day per week to study whilst at work. This will differ from week to week as to what you may use this time for. It is expected however that the majority of the work that you will complete for university will be completed outside of work. Will I get a mentor at First Response who can help me? You will be assigned a mentor from both First Response and also Nottingham Trent University. They are there to help and guide you, although they are not there to do the work for you. How many students are on the Sponsored Degree?
