The Projects
1- Al Hilal city project (plots for investment and sale to the UAE and GCC investors)
Based on the strategic vision of Fujairah Government, Al Hill Properties has developed the project “Al Hill City “in Fujairah City, Al Shariyah Area, to contribute to the promotion
of the status of Fujairah as a touristic destination and to create more investment opportunities in the real estate sector, whether for residential or commercial or touristic
purpose.
“Al Hilal City” as integrated services city; is the first project of its kind in the emirate of Fujairah, and one of the major and largest projects in the United Arab Emirates. It is
designed to accommodate more than 70,000 people occupying more than 15,000 residential and commercial units.
The total area of the city is about 927,000 SQM divided into 12 major sectors includes over 130 towers with different heights and usage. The green landscapes, open areas
and roads are covering more than 55% of the total area of the project.
The infrastructure of the city is completely done according to the international applicable engineering standards, starting from the rainfall water exchange pipelines and ending
with the lighting network based on the integrated study of the city to illuminate the city properly.
The city has been designed in an architectural way that shows the beauty of the area, and at the same time it gives comfortable, healthy and environmental climate.
The project and all its buildings and facilities, are expected to be completed within a period of 7 years from the date of plots handed over to the investors.
The volume of the total construction is about 3.4 million SQM; meanwhile, the value of investment is about 15 billion AED.
The permitted heights for the plots are between 10-35 floors, and the purpose of the usages is for residencies, offices, hotels, or hyper markets.
2- Al Hilal Business Tower :
Al Hilal Business Tower is located in Sector F of the project "Al Hilal City"
The plot size is 4,594 SQM, the BUA approximately equals 60,000 SQM and the rentable area is 27.766 SQM (298.870 SQFT)
The tower consists of 36 floors: basement + ground + 3 floors parking (up to 374 cars) + 31 floors for offices
The number of rentable units is 150 units (147 offices + 3 large showrooms on the ground floor)
The tower is serviced by seven lifts, 6 for passengers and the seventh for other Services
Offices spaces are ranging between 115 - 230 SQM and showrooms are 279- 418-650 SQM
The building is expected to be ready for rent in Q2/2014

3-Al Hilal Residential tower :
Al Hilal Residential Tower is located in the sector D of the "Al Hilal City",
The plot size is 3,314 SQM, the BUA area approximately is 38.886 SQM and the rentable area is 28,780 SQM (309,785 SQFT)
The building consists of 25 floors: Ground + 2 floor parking + floor for health club + first floor + 20 typical floors which are serviced by four lifts.
The total number of rentable units is 210 units (208 apartments + 2 showrooms on the ground floor)
The building is provided with a health club and a swimming pool (at a height of two floors above the podium)
In addition to multiple floor parking, there is extra parking on the ground floor with total capacity of 211 cars
The apartments areas range is between 120 - 140 SQM, and consists of only 2BHK, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and balcony

4- Al Hilal Villas compound 1+2 :
Al Hilal Properties is studying the development of two compounds of residential villas at Al Hilal City Project.
The location has been chosen in the sectors G & I
The total number of villas is around 170 Villas consisting of two-storey, each villa is built on a land area of 400 SQM,
There will be different choices of 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms with halls, maid room, driver room, laundry room, bathrooms, kitchen, balconies, parking
The construction is planned to be started in Q3/2014 and the delivery within 12 months
