DEALER APPLICATION
TERM S AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all purchase transactions made by the
customer/applicant identified on the account application to which these terms and conditions are
attached and made a part (the "Customer"):
1. Resale: Customer is purchasing for re-sale (at retail) purposes only. Customer agrees to maintain
a state resale (sales tax) number and certificate in the state in which Customer Conducts business. 2. Compliance with laws: Customer shall obtain and maintain all necessary federal, state and
municipal business licenses and permits for its retail firearms and/or related accessories business.
Customer agrees to maintain a thorough knowledge of and to fully comply with all current federal, state
and local firearms regulations.
3. Notifications: Customer agrees to promptly notify JJFU in the event of any revocation of any or all
business licenses. Customer agrees to promptly notify JJFU of any changes in the ownership or
control of its business or in the form of its business entity. (ex. partnership, corporation, sole
proprietorship). Customer also agrees to provide JJFU with renewed copies of FFL/SOT each year.
4. Payment: Invoiced payment amounts not paid by the due date shall bear interest and service
charges of 3% per month. Any returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 service charge. Any
delinquent payments or returned checks may result in the account being changed to cash prepay or
COD only.
5. Returns: Customer agrees not to return any merchandise to JJFU without prior authorization, and
agrees that returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. 6. Warranties: The only warranties applicable to the products sold by JJFU are any express
warranties that come from the manufacturer of the products. Customer agrees to waive any and all
implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 7. Collection: Customer understands and agrees that if credit is extended, all invoices are to be paid
by the due date on the invoice. Customer shall be liable for all costs incurred by JJFU in the collection
of any delinquent account or collection attempts of any kind including court cost and attorney fees.
8. Pricing and Terms: Pricing and terms are subject to change at any time, at JJFU’s option and
in its sole discretion, by JJFU’s notice thereof to the Customer. Any new pricing and terms JJFU may
announce will apply to any unshipped portion of the Customer’s orders on file at JJFU on the date of
such change, regardless of any prior acceptance of such orders by JJFU.

9. Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP), Minimu m Transfer Pricing (MTP), and
eCommerce MAP (eMAP) Policy:
JJFU strictly enforces Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and Minimum Transfer Price
(MTP) policies whereby its products are not to be advertised for sale or sold below
MSRP. JJFU also enforces an eCommerce MAP (e-MAP) policy which applies to online sales
advertising to a retail customer. JJFU's MAP, MTP, and/or e-MAP policies may not be disregarded
without expressed written approval from JJFU. All JJFU Commercial and Law Enforcement
Distributors and/or Dealers not in compliance with the MAP and MTP policies, including the e-MAP
policy, are subject to termination. Bidding JJFU products below the MAP without expressed written
approval is a violation of JJFU's MAP and MTP policies.
