projections and details of the bases therefore. In addition, specifically with respect to
employment, the business plan must set forth the company's personnel experience, staffing
requirements, job descriptions for all positions, and a timetable for hiring within the next two
years.


them, and liaising with our plant supervisor to ready the production team for an
influx of parts. Once the parts are received after clearing customs, they arrive at
our main assembly plant in Reno. They are checked against the lading slip and
then forwarded to the assembly intake supervisor, who directs the various parts to
be placed in the appropriate lines. The new products are merged with parts
already in the lines. Our assembly line workers, currently numbering 23, assemble
the parts according to specifications. The final product is packaged in the packing
room and placed in inventory. The inventory manager then responds to the
sales/marketing department’s demand for specific items. Demanded items are
shipped directly to customers from the inventory department via UPS. All items
are insured.
